Apply Here: Juicekeys is looking to add a Production Laborer Specialist to our company's Hub. If you like lots of manual labor this is the job for you! The "Hub" is the production and storage center for our stores; it is our backbone, and it must run smoothly to ensure our stores have what they need! We are a locally owned fast-casual restaurant and health boutique that is very proud of the unique and organic menu we offer. At Juicekeys, we put a major focus on the employee experience. We are looking for an inventory & production specialist for our HUB team who wants to work in a high energy, fast paced environment. We specifically seek out those who can work in a team environment, have a great attitude, and are open to doing repetitive work and willing to complete manual labor along with completing multiple weekly deliveries. The three main processes for our Production Laborer Specialist are Cold Press, Inventory - receiving/delivering, and Citrus. These three processes are completed twice weekly with the Senior Inventory & Production Specialist. Every three weeks this position will also complete the “Raw Frozen Run” to update our inventory from outside vendors from the Hub. This position operates at 40 hrs./5 days a week. Shift length vary depending on the day. We are closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas Expectations are to own and deliver the weekly/monthly breakdown below: Monday/Thursday Cold/press days Roughly a 9-hour shift Setting up machines Clean/sanitize Moving boxes Juicing (putting produce in) Wash between each type of Juice Tuesday/Friday Inventory day Roughly an 8–10-hour shift Receiving and putting away products Receives inventory list for each location Loads for store  Delivery to store  Wednesday Citrus day Roughly a 5-hour shift Prep produces Clean/sanitize Moving boxes Juicing (putting produce in) Wash between each type of Juice Lidding labeling boxes for next day Raw Frozen Run (every 3 weeks) Pick up from warehouse Load onto truck Unload into freezer *Requirements* Loading/Unloading daily/weekly/monthly deliveries Ability to lift 50+ lbs. consistently Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability for follow directions/list Basic math skills Organized/thorough and attention to detail Energized/Motivated/positive attitude Ability to be on the move and on your feet up to 8 hours a day Working outside for all seasons (appropriate clothing supplied) Structured
