Copeland Architecture & Construction is looking for a full-time Construction Superintendent to join our team. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in residential construction, ideally both new and remodel projects. Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day site operations while performing tasks on site - Must have good plan interpretation skills for foundation, framing and rough-in for mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades - Correspond directly with Subcontractors to schedule work - Correspond directly with Suppliers to schedule deliveries - Maintain quality control for scope of work per documents - Manage a limited number of Copeland laborers on site with occasional training - Manage general safety compliance on site and have good understanding of OSHA standards - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word The candidate will be working directly with the Project Managers and ideally assisting in problem-solving measures and offering solutions for our team to be successful. While client interaction is likely, the candidate is not expected to manage client relations. Above all, the candidate must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
