We’re now hiring immediately for our Maintenance job in Westminster, CO80260 What We Offer • Weekly Pay of $23.00 per hour • Direct deposit & debit card payment options • Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance • Get weekends off • Training provided • No need to be fluent in English • No GED or High School Diploma required • No COVID vaccine required Maintenance Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do) • Perform routine maintenance around the building fixing structural damage to building systems • Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage • Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs • Maintain the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly • Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems • Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries • Paint the building when old paint has become faded or chipped Maintenance Shift Info • Day Shift, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm • Monday - Friday • On call rotation (Once hired permanently) Maintenance Qualifications (Requirements / Skills) • Apartment maintenance experience • Your own vehicle • Valid driver's license • Proof of car insurance • Able to pass a background check About Ascend Staffing • Ascend Staffing has been connecting great people with real opportunities for over 50 years.
