Need a boat with a crane

Hi there, I need a workboat with a crane to help deploy some concrete for an artificial reef system. My company is called Memorial Reefs and we create underwater memorials in the shape of concrete balls. We have full permission from the state of Texas to do this. We are planning a deployment for this September and while we do have a marine services company we can use, their ships are massive and quite honestly overkill for this deployment. This will be 2 structures, weighing at roughly 700-1200 pounds each. we need a smaller fishing type vessel with a crane that can take these to the site 11 miles off the coast and drop them over the side, I already have a basic release mechanism that will release the structures once they hit the bottom of the seafloor.
