Any solid lead guitar players in here? I’m looking for someone that can stay committed and put in the work necessary to take our band to the next level! We play around 30 shows per year and have headlined a hand full of large stages and events! We play Texas Country / Southern Rock ** also keep in mind, you must have your own transportation! You must be responsible for you own equipment! If you are a drug user, you must be competent to stay out of trouble and don’t bring that crap to my house for rehearsals! You DO NOT get paid to go to practices so don’t ask! You get paid percentage based off what the show brings in! I don’t care how good you are, every solid artists knows there is no money in music until you make it! I will not be paying a set amount for every show! It is up to you to put in the work and make the same cut as everyone else in the band! This is a serious band and I do expect you to treat it as such! ** So if you are interested, message me personally!
