Rudkin Contracting Inc. is seeking full time Foreman to aid in our construction work. RCI is a Design/Build General Contractor that services the Northern Colorado area. We specialize in Custom Homes, Remodels, Additions, and Commercial Buildings. Wage: based on experience Duties: (Including but not limited to) -Jobsite management including subcontractors -General Labor -Be a POC and general accountability on the jobsite when the Project Manager is not present -General Assistance to the Project Manager -Perform any and all duties that arise on the jobsite and in the Shop -Working on site doing various trades: Carpentry, framing, concrete, demolition etc. -Operate Survey & Some excavation equipment and tractors -Managing Shop Materials and vehicles -Maintain Tool Trailers and keep track of Tools & labor Logs. Daily Inventory Required. -Make sure Job Sites remain clean and safe. -Receive Material Deliveries onsite- make sure the right quantities were received Requirements: -Proof of U.S. Citizenship/ Green Card required -4+ years of Construction Experience, with some experience in carpentry specifically. -High School diploma or equivalent -Some experience with Tractors (Skid Steer, Loader, Excavator, etc.) & heavy equipment ( No CDL Required) - Must have clean driving record & must have a legal driver’s license- will operate company vehicles -Subject to drug testing- Drug use will not be tolerated -May be required to lift heavy loads (50 – 80 lbs), and walk/stand for extended periods of time. -Standing, stooping, Walking, Kneeling, etc., most of the day. -Be able to Read and understand construction plans and interpret accordingly -Have an understanding of Construction Schedules and Critical Path to be completed -Must have strong references from previous employers in the Construction Field -Must have good attitude and a willingness to do whatever needs to be done -Must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and problem solve quickly. -Must be able to work hard and efficiently.
