We're in need of a Facility Maintenance Tech ASAP, full or part time flexibility is available. Daily responsibility's include or are not limited to: - Emptying & collecting trash - Emptying & collecting cardboard - Keeping grounds presentable - Changing out mop buckets - Trips to the recycling facility in Raleigh - General maintenance on the property, small plumbing, lighting & mechanical repairs Please send resume and apply today!
