Variety of tasks required for this position will include: - Construction Punch Items - Small Carpentry Items - Installing Fencing/Tree Protection - Spreading Mulch - Site Cleanup - Pick up and return materials - Sweeping - Erosion Control - Must be able to lift 50lbs If you can do other things on top of this that will be very beneficial but these are the tasks involved with this position. You must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to get to and from work, preferably a truck. This is NOT a Sub Contractors position. Regular, timely and predictable attendance is required for this position. 40 hrs a wk, paid bi-weekly starting pay $20+ hr with paid vacation.
