Required skills and qualities: - Knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of handyman, construction and remodel work - Ability to oversee projects and ensure they meet and exceed structural and aesthetic requirements - Must have excellent communication skills. Forman will be in close contact with subcontractors, employees, vendors, clients and business owner - Experience in tile work, finish carpentry, maintenance, roofing, basic framing carpentry -Willing to continue learning Compensation and benefits: -$30 per hour to start. -IRA retirement plan -PTO once requirements are met -Paid miles -Performance-based bonuses Who we are and what we do: We are a family owned company operating in the Portland metro area.
