Spray Tech Applicator - Landscape Maintenance

Teufel Landscape is looking to add a Spray Technician to our commercial landscape maintenance team! You must have a current Commercial Spray Applicator License with 801 and 802 endorsements. You will work on a team spraying herbicides, pesticides and fungicides on commercial properties through out the Portland Metro areas. Responsibilities and Duties Knowledge and ability to diagnose turf and plant issues. Plant identification skills Prepare and mix chemicals in a proper and safe manner Ensure a clean and safe environment for both self, fellow employees, and clients Operate light to heavy vehicles, tools and equipment in the application of various herbicides Safely apply chemical and fertilizing applications when needed and always within compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (such as EPA, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Environmental Regulation) and safety procedures Current Applicator's License required Driver License required Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus, but not a requirement Medical, Dental plans offered.
