Come to our speed camp and you are guaranteed to lean the following: - Basic speed drills - Top speed drills - proper running form - proper sprinting mechanics - how to apply force properly - how to accelerate from start - 40 yard dash stance - get your 40-yard dash time Ran by a former Oregon State Football and Track & Field athlete and professional olympic speed coach. All athletes are welcome from ages 7 - 18.
