Looking for a wedding photographer

We are getting married in January/February of 2023 (date is not set yet as we look for venue, but will be picking one of Jan 28, Feb 4 or Feb 25), and are looking for a wedding photographer (with possible videography, if included) in the Iowa City/Coralville/Solon/Cedar Rapids area. We'll admit upfront that we are on a budget, and we will also need to have free rights to digital photos that get taken. Thanks so much!
