Job Description Babkis Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a dependable Commercial Cleaner. You will provide custodial services to a commercial property. Duties will include sweeping, dust mopping, mopping and trash removal. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must. The right person is punctual, thorough and eager to learn. Job schedule: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities Performs general sweeping, dust mopping, mopping and trash removal. Maintain cleaning supplies Commercial Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications Prior cleaning experience preferred but not necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work nights. A high standard for cleanliness and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions Time-management skills Physical stamina Able to pass a background check/drug screening Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job. Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for length of scheduled time.
