Local Bath Remodeling company is currently seeking ambitious self starter with great organization skills to serve as a Refinishing Tech. Refinishing job may include: tubs, sinks, fiberglass units, tile and counter-tops. Essential Duties and Responsibilities *Refinishing a wide range of surfaces both in residential and commercial environments according to contracts, schedule, safety procedures and labor instructions *Must have ability to follow established procedures and resolve issues in the field *Perform minor or major repairs to cracked or chipped surfaces Qualification Requirements: *A strong work ethic *Attention to detail *Focused, highly motivated and take pride in their work *Prior paint and spray experience is a plus but will train right person *Great customer service skills ensuring customer satisfaction *Own transportation with valid drivers license and auto insurance *Cell Phone *No respiratory issues * High School Diploma or GED *Occasional travel required for commercial projects Potential to make up to $76,800 per year for right candidates. Bi-weekly pay as Independent Contractors/1099
