Rehoming dwarf reticulated python and 4x2x4 PVC enclosure

I am looking to rehome my female dwarf reticulated python. She is around two years old and should be close to full grown. I’m not sure of the percentages of the different types she was bred from, but I was told her mother topped out around 9 feet long. She is around 8 right now and I just weighed her at 3890 grams. She’s very friendly and has never tried to bite. She’s a little squirmy when you first take her out as she loves to explore, but then settles down after a few minutes and will just lay there on you. I always take her out with a hook, as she loves to eat, and feeds off of frozen/thawed rats. My kids have held her as well with no problems. I have to leave the state for work for almost a year and I don’t have anyone comfortable enough to watch after her. Im also selling my 4x2x4 enclosure with the heat lamp and ceramic heater element included along with whatever is pictured inside the cage. Im asking $1000 for everything, the enclosure that size cost at least $600 by themselves. If purchased together I’ll throw in the herpstat 2 for free, which is over $200 by itself. That controls the temperature making the whole enclosure run itself. I would be willing to separate only if the snake sells first.
