I am looking for a handful of folks willing to clean my house after an AirBnB booking. Payment depends on the duration of the stay and is typically 10% of the booking fee but will not be less than $150 per booking. Cleaning duties include but not limited to: 1) Taking out trash and recycling 2) Cleaning the refrigerator 3) Vacuuming 4) Mopping 5) Cleaning countertops and surfaces 6) Washing bedding (3- bedrooms / up to five beds) 7) Ensuring dishes are washed and put away 8) Conducting a general inventory and determining is supplies are needed (e.g. toilet paper, hand soap, etc...) 9) Ensuring patio furniture is covered 10) Sanitizing mattresses (Lysol) 11) Reporting Damage by guests to host and property manager 12) Cleaning bathroom (e.g. bathtub, sink, toilet) 13) Sweeping porch, bottom deck, and upper deck Cleaners must be willing to accept payments via Venmo or Zelle post cleaning and after inspection by Property manager.
