Skills required - Plumbing (sink repair, toilet repair and replacement, unclogging pipes) -Electrical (replace light switches and outlets) -Grounds keeping (mowing, weeding, bush trimming, beach grooming) Must be available to work weekends, holidays and some nights Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation
