We are looking for general labor & machine operator candidates for positions that we have open on all shifts in the Buford/Dacula area! Dacula position: We are looking for a few hard working employees to work for a company that offers A LOT of overtime, room for growth, PTO, health, dental, vision, 401(k), and raises! Job Duties: Load and Unload trucks by hand Work outside in the work yard Receive products and put the products away Stage products Prep items for shipment Keep work area safe and clean Other duties as needed Job Requirements: Must be open to working overtime Prefer someone with concrete forming or construction experience Must be ok with working outside Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 8:30PM Overtime opportunities available, optional Saturday shifts available Pay Rate: $16/hr for 1st shift, $17/hr for 2nd shift Buford position: The primary responsibility of this position is to inspect, measure and cut tubing in a positive, customer-centric environment. Able to adapt to change well and enjoy being part of a continuous improvement culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as required): Read and understand specifications and apply that data to the visual inspection of glass tubing Set up Measuring Machine and perform dimensional inspection of tubing. Cut tubing to length specifications using pipe cutter or knife. Must be versatile enough to multi-task cutting, measuring and inspecting products being produced on two S-Zugs simultaneously when required. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Measure, visually inspect, load, and hang cylinders. Transport tubes. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Well-organized and self-directed An articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization Basic math, computer, and data entry skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Must have at least 6 months of warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience Location: Buford, GA Pay Rate: $16-19/hr based on experience and shift differential Shift: Monday-Friday 1st shift: 6:50am-3:00pm 2nd shift: 2:50pm-11:00pm 3rd shift: 10:50pm-7:00am
