* We are a long-time property management and real estate investment company. We are currently looking to find and buy several properties in the Greater Pittsburgh area to add to our portfolio in the next 4 weeks, between 6/17 and 7/15. * For that, we need a part-time local property scout who knows the area well, is well-connected in the community and/or gets in contact with many people through their regular work. * This work entails talking to people, finding properties that we can buy, and possibly some additional tasks. * The work can be done on any day at any time, for example after hours or on the weekend, after your regular job. * You can do as much or as little as you want. Of course, as with anything, the more you do, the higher the income potential. * We have recorded a brief video, so we don't have to explain the same information to each applicant. Watch the video below first and if you would like to apply to be a property scout for us, you can do it directly at the end of the video. * The pay will depend on the number of tasks you are able to complete for us. It starts at $500 per property we buy and goes up to $1,000. * If you do well, we will consider you again for upcoming gigs or even on an ongoing basis. Either way, it is a side gig. It won’t keep you from doing your regular job.
