Job Summary Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to providing general labor support to various areas of retail operations and production departments. Essential Duties •Basic hand assembly of various items including seed starting kits and seed packet collections, stamping bags, inserting dirt pellets/seed packets in tray, wrapping trays, filling packet sleeves, sealing plastic wrap around kit, providing kits to the Material Handlers, etc. •Assist with order picking and shipping •Support for set up and tear down of general work area maintenance. •Make plastic trays and seed panels as needed. •Make sleeves/cartons from flattened cardboard. •Fill seed display panels with seed packets •Works closely with co-workers, Assembly Leads, Assembly Supervisor and Assembly Production Manager. •All other duties as assigned by Leads or Managers Shift: Normal shift is Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:30pm, Company is currently in “Summer Hours!” Monday-Thursday 6:45am-3:30pm. You will get most Friday’s off during June and July to enjoy the season! Pay: $14.50 to start, once hired permanently $15 plus $100 weekly attendance bonus-= $17.50 per hour once hired permanently!!
