Our projects are typically based in Delaware and Chester County.* *This position REQUIRES 5 years experience in home remodeling and should have a skill set of carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, and finish carpentry.* Our company specializes in all types of remodeling from: Additions, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, Custom Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Windows, Decks, Roofs, Siding, Ect. Candidates should be passionate about their work and excited to be a team member on these exciting projects. Lead Carpenter responsibilities include but not limited to: * Be a team player and work well with others * Have the ability to perform independently or supervise a crew of team members * Show quality and pride in your workmanship. Should always strive for excellence * Have experience in all aspects of remodeling from framing to finish carpentry (Installation of cabinets, vanities, tub and shower surround, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, doors, flooring, tile, basic electric and plumbing) * Able to follow detailed instructions as well as following layout prints * Able to stay organized at all times relating to equipment, tools and material to keep projects clean and safe * Communicate issues efficiently and have a strong ability to problem solve * Have a sense of urgency to complete project accurately and within a timely fashion * Exhibit exceptional customer service *Requirements* Must have a clean valid driver’s license Own Transportation Owns tools of the trade Reliable, ON TIME, trustworthy, and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
