General Warehouse Laborer - Sign-on-Bonus

$500 Sign-on-Bonus Work for a small local company, where you are treated like a person and not just a number! We are expanding operations statewide and are looking for a dependable, hard worker that wants to grow with our company. This position has lots of room for advancement in the future as we add more locations. In this position you will do everything from drive our Box truck picking up materials, to driving the forklift moving materials around the warehouse. 60% is material handling, general warehouse duties and tear-down. 40% of job is driving our 16' Box truck, picking of materials from our customers & taking materials to the steel yard & landfill. A typical work day consists of: 1. Driving to Columbus or Cleveland, hand loading computer/electronic equipment into the back of our truck and bringing it back to the warehouse in Mansfield where you will unload everything and palletize it. 2. Some days that there are no pickups you will load the truck with gaylords of steel or trash and take them to the yard where you will unload them. 3. Some days will be sorting the materials that you brought in from our customers and separating them into different bins and/or moving them to different departments within the warehouse. 4. We also hold electronics recycling drives that you will need to attend and stack materials into the truck as customers drive by and give them to us, this requires start times early in the morning (typically 6:30 to 7am) 5. Finally there are all sorts of other small warehouse things that need done like wrapping pallets, organizing things, etc... The job will also include: Moving of equipment and boxes with a pallet jack & fork lift Sweeping & general upkeep of the warehouse Wrapping pallets with shrink wrap Unloading electronics from trucks and palatalizing according to type Various other warehouse duties MUST speak fluent English MUST have own transportation MUST have valid driver’s license MUST be at least 25 years old with clean driving record MUST pass Drug Screen MUST have Steel toe boots MUST have no criminal background involving theft MUST be able to work on your feet the entire shift MUST be able to lift 60 Lbs. This is a full time position: Tuesday - Friday 9:45 am - 6:15 pm Saturdays 12:00 - 6:00pm Medical after 90 days Paid vacation after 90 days Paid Life insurance after 90 days Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.25 per hour
