Seeking a maintenance technician for Peoria apartment complex. Responsibilities include diagnosis and repair of any apartment service issues, as well as, preparation of vacant apartments for new move-ins. Duties include carpentry, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair for work orders and apartment turnovers. HVAC certified is preferred. Applicant must have own tools, personal vehicle and valid driver's license. Ability to be well-organized and efficient in an active environment is essential. Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
