Found White Bichon

My mom recently found a white Bichon/bichon mix (?) Wandering the neighborhood. She currently has them with her at her home. She was lactating so we know She recently gave birth and wanna give this momma back to her pups. We did find her with some bows in her hair, if this is your dog please let us know what color and how many so we know you're her owner.
