We are a community service 17 member big band, established in 2017 and located in the central Dallas area. We play a variety of musical styles to include Jazz, Swing, Latin Jazz, Latin, and Ballroom Dance. All members are unpaid volunteers. Our goals are: 1) to provide music to charitable and community groups or organizations who ordinarily would not have access to the entertainment we provide, and 2) to maintain and improve our musicianship. We rehearse Monday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas.We are a community service big band, established in 2017 and located in the central Dallas area. We're looking for a Drummer who's interested in playing with a large Jazz, Swing, Latin, Latin Jazz community "Big Band" as either a full time member or sub. Intermediate or higher skill level required. You must be an adult, 21 or older. Weekly rehearsals in central Dallas, Mondays, 7:30 to 9:30 PM. If interested, please respond for details. Signed band needs drummer for Recording and Touring.We are a WORKING Acoustic/Electric, Rock oriented, Duo (Guitar/vocal and Drums/percussion). We have gigs books through October. Occasionally we find ourselves in need of a Bass player to make our project a Trio. We are seeking a Female Bass player to add something a little different to what we already have. Vocals would be a Plus, but not a must. Although age is not a factor and we would consider all, we would prefer someone over 25 Please reply with some type of information that we can see what you do and what your about.. Open to different styles of vocals, male or female, and age is not an issue. Original material influenced by classic, hard and stoner rock. Currently working on set and will gig on a fairly regular basis. We range from 30 to 48. Practice space with recording and mixing at my home in Plano. Must be able to rehearse once a week. We would like to hear a sample if possible.SuperGlide Band is a 4 piece working rock band with a Harley Bike theme. We play oldies, hot country, classic & a bit of alternative & '80s. We typically gig 3-6 times a month. We cover cream, rolling Stones, Bad Co, Joe Walsh, CCR, ZZ Top, Steppenwolf, Nazareth, some motown & plenty more..
