Help me plan a festival!

My friend Jarrod wants to plan a festival, it has been a lifelong dream of his. His wish is to gather at least 100 people for it, but there is an issue: he doesn't know what the festival should celebrate. We were talking about the Cooper's Hill Cheese Rolling & Wake in England the other day, and he said there are no things left to celebrate after learning of this curious event. It turns out that my friend Jarrod was tragically born without an imagination. I'm writing to ask you, the good people of South Florida, to help him come up with an idea. I myself don't like festivals and lines and parking issues and all of the other hubbub that comes with large scale get-togethers, so I'm turning to you. His interests include creating and enforcing rules, interrupting people when they talk, watching others play frisbee, and the color maroon. Does anybody have ideas for a festival to celebrate with my friend? No idea is a bad idea, please respond!
