EMPLOYEE PERKS • Starting Rate $24.00 per hour • 90-day review, with potential for an increase • 401k Matching • Paid Time Off • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Cell Phone Allowance We are looking to add a highly skilled Full Time Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our Dayton Team! The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of commercial cleaning and have managed up to 20 employees, with a successful track record. We believe success in this position requires someone who can be responsible for the day to day operations of multiple buildings (in a single area), can frequently interact with clients and staff in a professional and responsive way and can supervise, manage and train staff consistent with client and company expectations. What You’ll Do • Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure all details have been completed in compliance with the specific scope or work. • Conduct monthly safety meetings, on the spot corrections, counseling and retraining on unsafe practices with all employees. • Understand that challenges are opportunities, provide effective solutions to assist manager and staff in resolving issues that arise and make recommendations for improved efficiencies. • Execute policies, procedures and changes to ensure sustainable and cost-effective use of staff’s time, supplies, equipment and processes. • Help complete deliverables in client’s agreement/statement of work to the highest possible standards. • Ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead teams. Status: Full-time Work Location: Dayton, OH Hours: Monday - Friday; 4:00PM - 12:30AM About You • Minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory experience in commercial cleaning. • Ability to pass a Background Check • Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards. • Communicate well with management and team members.
