NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a PUBLIC SALE by auction will be held on July 8th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. located at 4400 Millwood Road, Lansing, Michigan of Clinton County. Airport and Grand River Self Storage will sell units to satisfy the lien.

Only cash or credit cards accepted. Payments must be made at the time of purchase. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to attend the sale. The landlord reserves the right to bid at the sale. Tenant accounts will be sent to collections if a balance remains.
All purchased goods are sold "as is" and must be removed by 4:00 PM on the day of purchase, unless otherwise granted extension by management, and unit left in a clean and rentable condition. No usage of facility dumpster is allowed for auction.
