Journeymen Wage: Starting at $32.55 per hour along with a company paid benefit package of $18.65 per hour. Apprentice Wage: Starting at $21.16 per hour along with a company paid benefit package of $12.13 per hour. After 200 working hours and a positive review. Your hourly wage will increase to $22.79 per hour along with a company paid benefit package of $12.13 per hour. After additional 600 working hours and a positive review. Your hourly wage will increase to $24.41 per hour along with a company paid benefit package of $14.63 per hour. Job Description: A commercial roofer who works solely on installing, maintaining, replacing, repairing, and restoring the roofs of commercial properties. These are typically larger scale buildings. As well, Umpqua Roofing installs waterproofing., used for businesses.
