iTrip Vacations Northwest is a locally owned vacation property management company servicing a two hour radius from Mount Hood to Lincoln City and everything in between. The properties we manage can be found on Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, etc. We are currently looking for an inspector who will be responsible for the inspection of many properties which we currently manage. *This is not a full time employment job. Inspectors are paid $20.00 per job, each job will take roughly 15 minutes or less to complete* As an inspector for iTrip Vacations, you will be provided with an inspection checklist to ensure the cleaner completed the tasks needed and the home is ready prior to guests arriving. You will NOT be responsible for completing the tasks of a cleaner, you will only be responsible for completing the inspection of the items below, but not limited to: Light bulbs checked All countertops, tables, surfaces are clean Dishwasher clean and dishes removed/put away Floors are swept and mopped Refrigerator and freezer are clean and clear of any food items Microwave cleaned inside and out All appliances are clean Trash cans emptied and new bags added (2) Paper towel rolls supplied Garbage bags supplied New sponge is supplied (4) Dishwasher pods supplied (If applicable) (4) Laundry pods supplied (if applicable) Beds nearly made and no stains on linens Mirrors clean and streak free Shower clean and free of mildew Windows and doors locked
