Friday, June 17, 2022 BY ZOOM 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM • We need 8 total participants to join us for a virtual focus group • You will need access to a webcam, microphone, and Zoom login. • You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to the session. This confidentiality agreement will be sent to you by email and/or text message if selected to participate • You will be asked to show a form of government identification to verify your identity prior to starting the session. • Please be advised the sessions will be recorded (audio & video) but will remain completely confidential. However, participant recording will be disabled and is strictly prohibited • You will be paid electronically within 24 hours of the end of the focus group provided you are an active participant.
