Seeking Millwright candidates anywhere from 1-5 years of experience! Millwrights are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment in grain processing facilities. Will work in a crew of 2 - 5 millwrights as well as working aside them. - Must have a thorough working knowledge of mechanics - Know how to use industrial tools such as drills, power saws, cutting torches, grinders, welders, measuring equipment - Responsible for inspecting machinery on a regular basis to predict and prevent mechanical failure - Perform stick welds in the field. *Since the safety of millwrights and other workers often depends on them doing their jobs correctly and safely, a strong attention to detail is important in this line of work* Pay $18-26/hour Hours: Mon - Fri. 7-5pm on average. Some jobsites may require overtime. Home every night Open to entry level candidates: must be open to some form of welding Can not be afraid of heights
