We have 21 units in the Rotterdam & Schenectady area. All of our units are in great standing and all tenants are paying. We currently handle all tenant placing, payments, screenings and showing. We are looking for a long term partner who has heavy contracting and great tenant relationship experience. Your Responsibilities: -Answer any and all calls from tenants. -Respond to emergency calls. -Have a list of contractors that you can call upon if there is an issue that you cannot handle yourself (ie. plumbing, electricity, etc.) -Be able to lead & complete gut renovations for turnover units -Be organized and upload receipts that you have made purchases for in our easy to use data base. We are easy to work with and our system is simple to get started with. Our main ask is that the candidate be professional, responsive and available. We pay a flat rate per unit per month but are also open to other engagement structures.
