This house is SMALL. Should not take more than one hour to do these gutters. So when a contractor asked $125 for a one hour job sight unseen, I ignored his quote and posted this job. I will simply not pay a rate equivalent to attorneys for gutter clean out. I'll rent a taller ladder first even though as a senior I don't really want to climb a ladder and mess around on the roof. The pressure wash should be easy too with a house this size. I am concerned about plants that were here when I bought two years ago. So a 'clean' solution is preferred. Unfortunately, it isn't just the color I want restored. There is mildew/mold that has been here for years.
