Fix Sliding Door Lock/Latch

Description

The mechanism on my sliding door will not work properly. It sticks when it is locked and becomes very difficult to unlock. The springs may need to be stretched or the whole lock may need to be greased. I cannot find a replacement. I will pay to have it fixed or if you can find a replacement, I will pay for that as well. The lock is about 8 inches
