Housekeepers wanted for Tiny Digs Hotel in Portland ! *Cleaners are paid on a per clean bases* We are a local, short term, property management company, that manages properties you would find on Airbnb, HomeAway, VRBO, etc. We are looking for housekeepers with attention to detail and are reliable as we are growing fast! We hire individuals as independent contractors to perform housecleaning responsibilities. The Tiny Digs Hotel consists of 12 Tiny Homes all individually themed! Cleanings can happen on any day of the week and the cleaner would need to be available. Cleaners have access to an app that will show upcoming cleanings. Job Duties include: Vacuuming floors and furnishings Sweeping, Mopping or swiffering hard floor surfaces Cleaning, dusting, wiping down all surfaces and furniture Cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing all kitchen and bathroom areas including cabinets, toilets, sinks, appliances and bathing areas Doing dishes Emptying and sanitizing all waste baskets Stripping all linens off beds, towels from bathroom, and laundering back to like new Making all beds, resetting towels, restocking amenities (dish soap, hand soap,, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) Check for marks on walls and clean as necessary Exterior sweeping and cleaning of outdoor furnishings. Report any damage, hazards, repairs as found immediately Stage house so it is ready for incoming guests Perform other duties as assigned Must be able to lift/push/carry/pull 25 to 30 pounds. Most beds located in an upper loft area, must be comfortable with stairs. Must have Cleaning Experience / Must provide references of previous clients Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
