Shipping / Receiving Coordinator ALIGN PRECISION, a precision machine shop located in North Plains, is looking to add a key resource to its Shipping / Receiving department. Responsibilities include: • Monitoring shipping requirements via shop management software. • Packaging product and creating packing lists for customer and supplier shipments. • Focus on minimizing transportation and lot charge expenses by combining multiple jobs into single shipments where possible. • Update shop management software as jobs ship. • Receive material and components into shop management software and distribute as required. • Safely operate a fork lift. • Maintain inventory in an organized manner and perform cycle counts per system requirements. • Establish, maintain, and update shipping/receiving procedural guides. Job Skills / Experience: • Experience with ERP / shop management software preferred but not necessary • Experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred. • Knowledgeable in overseas shipping is a plus. • Able to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance. • Ability to function independently and be a self-starter. • Organized with great attention to detail. • Able to multi-task in an ever changing environment.
