Opening for two helpers to assist in finishing new house on Smith Lake. Experience not as important as showing up ready to do what's needed, following instructions and willingness to learn. Currently we have a new house on Smith Lake that's nearly done, but we have 11 more new houses in SE Decatur already going up. LOTS of work for the foreseeable future. This is a helper position and pays $15 an hour. If you have so much experience or consider yourself so skilled you expect a lot more to start, this is not your job. I would prefer someone teachable to someone who wants to argue how to do a job. Transportation is a absolute must. No rides will be provided. Basic carpentry tools are a plus. All other tools provided. I don't care what color you are or where you came from as long as you are reliable and can follow instruction in English. We also have rental properties to maintain, so there are opportunities to pick up different skills. Five days, eight hours (minimum). Payweek is Friday to Thursday, paid by check.
