I am seeking inexpensive secure mechanic shop workshop garage space to store 2 to 4 vehicles and other small vehicles at a time. Need space for tools for my hobby as well. I need additional small storage space in the building as well for small parts and tools that I sell online. Outdoor parking space would be useful as well (for maybe 2-3 vehicles at the most.) A Lift would be nice but not a deal-breaker if not available. Internet access needed. Small office space with electricity, water, and internet needed as well. I am Not seeking retail or storefront space. Those cost far too much. I am seeking a private individual or small business willing to rent me this space at a low price. See photos for what I am looking for. Not trying to break the bank here. I need something cheap but still good. Woodstock, Kennesaw, Acworth, Holly Springs North Marietta area preferred. See map.
