Weekly Flow was born out of a desire for people with periods, and non-menstruators to exchange experiences and ideas in the workspace. We are modernizing the workspace through open conversation about womxn's health and well-being. Join the conversation as we talk through "taboo" topics co-create a culture that empowers us all. Come meet the hosts of Weekly Flow, and the founders of ONYX, a femtech reproductive wellness company. Learn how they're taking the pain out of periods. ONYX is redefining modern menstruation, and shaping the future for the next generation of menstruators. Hosting Weekly Flow has been ONYX's way of carving out a space for womxn and allies to actively co-create an office culture that supports them. The candid conversations highlight the 'taboo' topics that are usually off-limits for a traditional office and range from tampon talk to navigating postpartum life. Since creating the space, we've seen a lactation room sprout up in the office, along with an ‘oh, crap’ basket in the restrooms, stocked with emergency period products. Guest Speakers + Change Makers: Abbey Marino: Program Director of 36N. Her top three passions are working with entrepreneurs, economic development, and cultivating connections. She is one of the many women at 36N spearheading an inclusive culture for the modern office space. Rachel Knorr: Member Success Coordinator at 36N and born & raised Tulsan! Her passions are creating authentic community, and supporting Tulsa's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
