We are offering a free Introductory talk on the Art of Ascension. This is an ancient, meditative practice that is simple and easy to use. Based on praise, gratitude, love and compassion, this practice returns these upward emotions back to our daily experience of life. It allows us to release stress and connect to a higher state of consciousness, grounded in the present moment. In this discussion, we will talk about the healing benefits of meditation and how the Art of Ascension can be an effective tool in our lives. Come and find out more about it!! We will also be offering a weekend workshop to learn this practice July 22-24 in Tulsa.
