Seeking an EXPERIENCED and skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain Single Family Homes, Condos and Commercial Properties in the Tampa Bay area. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, works independently and is able to manage themselves while completing a wide variety of maintenance tasks. Company cell phone, vehicle and gas provided. Skills: • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE • Thorough in completing repairs • Proven experience as a maintenance technician • Ability to work a smart phone & use email • Basic understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Appliance repairs • Extensive knowledge of general maintenance repairs • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Good physical condition and strength with ability to work in a variety of weather conditions Responsibilities: • Works mostly independently to maintain homes and plazas by performing a wide variety of electrical repairs (fixtures, sockets, breakers, etc), plumbing repairs (Toilets, clogs, replacing pipes & sewer lines, etc), HVAC Repairs, and General maintenance repairs. • Performs general work in the repair, renovation, modification, & maintenance of homes and buildings; CARPENTRY, repairs and replaces walls, window frames, painting, etc • Conduct inspections to determine necessary work and completing work thoroughly • Communicates regularly and works closely with office; submits paperwork for service orders • Must be available to work Monday – Friday with OCCASIONAL afterhours or weekends For consideration, please send your resume, availability, and compensation desired.
