5 Cleaning Contractors needed for permanent PART TIME NIGHT JOB starting JULY 1st. Hours: 4 Hours per night 6pm-10pm Monday-Friday Location: Downtown Orlando, Lake eola area. Compensation: $700/month with Free direct deposit Details: 1099 Independent Contractor Supplies, vacuums, gloves, etc will all be provided. You be cleaning offices, kitchens, emptying trash etc You will need to pass a background test! You will have to go pass security and check in and out the keys every night and return back. Independent contractors provide goods or services according to the terms of a contract they have negotiated with an employer. Independent contractors are not employees, and therefore they are not covered under most federal employment statutes. There will be a Zoom meeting June 25th at 1030am where you will be given the details of the contract and also sign paperwork. Zoom meeting rules: Have camera turned on with visible face. Noise free environment. Attendees are to be muted unless speaking.
