looking for a shelter for cats

i have two bonded cats that need to be rehomed immediately. Im in a real bad situation and cant afford them. The place Im at doesn't have ac and the windows dont have screens so I cant even have the windows open. My female cat keeps busting out which I don't blame her its miserable here. They're both declawed inside cats. I cant afford the flea treatments or their shots right now. I can barely feed them right now. please if anyone knows a local shelter or rescue that come get them out of this misery and find them suitable homes before something happens to them. I hate the thought of not having them around and probably will lose my mind without them. but this isn't fair for them.
