Staff AccountantPrimary FunctionPerform or cross train in all accounting functions related to the revenue and payment cycles AccountabilitiesAccurate and timely data entry and processing of 52 weekly payroll batches per year.Reconciliation of all payroll taxesProcessing and submittal of all certified payroll reports Reconciliation of all employee benefits (401k, medical, allowances, etc)Verify proper cost accounting of paymentsReconcile monthly vendor statementsAssist in preparation of monthly billingsAssist in monthly trial balance reconciliationsAssist with monthly accounting closeOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMinimum two (2) years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting roleMinimum high school diploma.
