Moving help needed

I need help moving this morning. I want to start around 9:30am. It should only be about an hour of work. I will pay $50. I have a U-haul truck and need to load and unload a 3-seat couch, a mattress, a small chest, a book shelf, a small table, and a couple boxes. Load and unload locations are both ground floor and very close to each other. We can meet at the loading location and go from there.
