Need Fireplace Installer, Electrician, and Plumber for House Remodel

Hello: I need three Tradesmen to help with a home remodel. 1. Fireplace Installer I need to have a Superior brand Fireplace removed and then reinstalled after repairs are done to the wall behind the fireplace. The framing and drywall around the fireplace have all been removed, so there is total access to the fireplace. In particular, the person needs to know how to disconnect and reconnect the vent pipes. Someone will be available to help move the fireplace once it is disconnected. 2. Electrician I need an electrician to rewire outlets, and wall switches where walls were reframed in a house remodel. The existing wiring is still there. There is some other electrical work needed and we can discuss what might be required. 3. Plumber or HVAC Person I need to replace some gas pipe for a gas fireplace. I would need a licensed person in either of these two trades to install the new gas pipe.
