• Need handyman for bk and queens. • 10-12 buildings. • Compensation? Per job. Seeking candidate for part time/on call building maintenance for 10-12 apartment buildings in Brooklyn and Queens. This position requires basic skills in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, some knowledge in HVAC, heating/boilers, etc. Handyperson will also be responsible for unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and various other duties. Must have your own hand tools and dependable transportation and must be able to handle emergency service calls. Handyperson is expected to exhibit exceptional work ethic and complete projects in an efficient, clean, and neat manner. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. There's usually a high volume of work and requests, so there's plenty opportunity to make a decent wage.
