Facilities Maintenance in a large refrigerated warehouse Duties include but are not limited to the following? *Sweeping and mopping *Vacuuming *Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills *Snow shoveling *Ability to use a snow blower *Basic painting skills *General maintenance and building repairs of warehouse equipment *Garbage removal *Basic drywall and spackling repairs *Ability to safely use common power tools *The ability to work outdoors in all types of weather *Drivers license and car is a must! *Hours are 7am-1pm Monday-Thursday and 7am-12 noon on Fridays. We do not work weekends *Medical benefits, profit sharing and 401K available after 90 days of service *1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service and 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years of service *Starting pay is $21/hour
