This session is comprised of 4 parts: From Hire to Fire - The Role of HR Managers, Building Your Bench - How Great Teams are Made, Diversity is not Enough, and The Next Normal: Change Management. Each part is designed to give you a look into PSAP management and ways we can manage the workplace while leading the staff. We will talk about common issues facing the PSAP currently and what things are on the horizon. Lunch will be on your own.
